Depression is an extremely debilitating condition that affects how you think, feel and behave. Many people have gone through depression without seeking help. They try to cope alone or take anti-depressants and often still find that they feel awful. I work with people with depression to really make a difference in their life.

Anger is an important emotion as it lets us know that something isn’t how we want it to be and that we don’t like how it is right now. However, if you are too angry, too often, life is very difficult.
Constant anger or pervading rages can interfere with your work, your relationships, your family, your health and your safety.
