Intentionally releasing negative or limiting beliefs is something that is new to the world. Working with an experienced, skilled professional this is more easily accomplished than most people would ever imagine. We used to only have talking therapy, which can be very supportive and effective. Yet it is nothing like the experience of unhooking and collapsing a strong belief that seems true yet isn’t serving you. Doing this can be life changing.
Sometimes people know that they are believing something that isn’t true. Yet, more often we don’t even know that this is a belief that could be changed. We thing it’s just reality.
